Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a Level II Trauma Center. The role involves managing a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, trauma, STEMI, and stroke cases, within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize emergency patients to deliver prompt, effective care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and clinical standards.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to changes in condition.
• Comply with all safety, compliance, and accreditation standards, including STROKE, STEMI, and trauma protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA RN license.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2+ years of emergency room experience in a Level II trauma center or higher.
• Possess EPIC charting experience.
• Prefer ENPC and TNCC certifications.
• Have strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
