Job Summary:
The Emergency Room RN provides immediate, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with urgent medical conditions. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Tackle complex and emergent patient cases with swift clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated emergency care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments adhering to established protocols.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care and discharge instructions.
• Comply with all safety and infection control standards to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license with current Nursys verification.
• Possess valid BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Be able to work night shifts and participate in rotating weekend schedules.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
