Job Summary:
Provide therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Assist in implementing treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in administering patient assessments and developing treatment strategies.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of therapy equipment and treatment areas.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have prior experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting preferred.
• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Be able to work effectively within a team to deliver patient-centered care.
