Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist to join the team for weekend shifts, providing high-quality laboratory services. The ideal candidate will have experience with clinical testing, data accuracy, and efficient workflow management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests accurately according to standard protocols.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, including Epic systems.
• Prepare and analyze specimens, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing and reporting of results.
• Adhere to certification and licensing requirements, including BLS and PALS.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARDMS, ASCP, or AMT certification in medical technology or clinical laboratory science.
• Demonstrate experience working with Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
• Possess current BLS and PALS certifications.
• Show proficiency in performing laboratory tests and managing specimens.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively within a healthcare team.
