Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient ambulatory setting, supporting patient recovery and wellness. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver efficient, patient-centered services and promote positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and document medical histories accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Educate patients on health management, medication use, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Proven experience in outpatient or ambulatory care nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• CPR certification required.
