Job Summary:
Assist nursing staff in providing quality patient care within long-term and skilled nursing facilities. Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by performing essential caregiving duties with professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow all facility protocols, including COVID-19 safety requirements.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Demonstrate reliable transportation and willingness to work every other weekend.
• Possess a current state or federal issued ID and be able to wear a photo badge at all times.
• Complete the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination, or provide a religious or medical exemption.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
