Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to operate CT imaging equipment and deliver high-quality diagnostic images. The role involves working in a busy teaching hospital environment, supporting patient care, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and calibrate CT imaging equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images.
• Assist in patient positioning, ensuring comfort and safety during procedures.
• Follow all radiation safety protocols, including providing and using radiation badges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and float within scope to meet facility needs, including working at sister facilities.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including shift schedules, on-call requirements, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (R) (CT) certification and SCRQSA (R) (CT) credential.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting preferred; 1 year of experience ideal.
• BLS certification is required.
• Siemens experience and trauma experience are highly desirable.
• Must hold an active South Carolina license or demonstrate the ability to obtain one swiftly.
• Radiation badge supplied by the agency is mandatory.
