Job Summary:
Assist in managing pharmacy operations by providing technical support and ensuring accurate medication dispensing. Work in a fast-paced environment to support pharmacy staff and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Process medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and organize pharmacy supplies.
• Adhere to all safety and confidentiality protocols.
• Assist pharmacists with preparation and labeling of prescriptions.
• Support high-volume workflows and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Document and report any discrepancies or medication issues.

Qualifications:

• Possess 2+ years of experience as an operations technician in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
• Hold a valid CPHT or PTCB certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Exhibit excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
