Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated CNA to provide quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves assisting patients with daily activities and supporting clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Support healthcare providers during patient procedures and treatments.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding identification and proper use of badges.
• Comply with vaccination requirements or obtain valid exemptions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification and active state licensure.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team.
• Must bring valid ID and wear proper identification badges on site.
• Willingness to comply with vaccination or exemption documentation policies.
