Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents through compassionate and professional assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health status to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following proper infection control procedures.
• Document care provided accurately in resident records.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Must have recent direct patient care experience in LTC/SNF settings.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comply with immunization requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination or a valid exemption.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
