Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant supports licensed therapists by implementing treatment plans and assisting patients with rehabilitative exercises. This role ensures patients receive quality care to facilitate their recovery and improve functional mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic procedures and exercises with patients under supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with patients to encourage engagement and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience working in a SNF or similar healthcare setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of patient safety and infection control procedures.
