Job Summary:
Provide clinical nutrition care as a licensed Dietitian in a healthcare setting, ensuring patient-specific nutritional interventions and education. Collaborate with healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes through medical nutrition therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medical nutrition therapy, including TPN and EN, in accordance with physician orders.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical findings.
• Educate patients and staff on nutrition-related topics and interventions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) license required and active in the state of practice.
• Proven experience with TPN, EN, and medical nutrition therapy.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition assessments and interventions.
• Certified in PALS (AHA only) preferred.
• Proficient in electronic medical records, with Epic EMR experience a plus.
• BS or higher degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field; Master’s preferred.
