Job Summary:
The ICU Float RN provides expert nursing care across multiple ICU settings, adapting to different campus environments to meet patient needs. This role requires flexibility, clinical excellence, and the ability to work within a dynamic hospital system.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and implement individualized care plans in ICU settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to perform procedures and interventions accurately.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
• Float between campuses as needed, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Adhere to all compliance and certification requirements, maintaining current licensure and credentials.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license and license uploaded to Nursys.
• Possess BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications with valid expiration dates.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of ICU experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in critical care environments.
• Proven ability to adapt swiftly to different ICU settings and floors.
• Display excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
