Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled ICU Float Registered Nurse to provide critical patient care across multiple hospital campuses. The ideal candidate will adapt seamlessly to different units and maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive ICU patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention.
• Float between campuses as needed, ensuring seamless handovers and continuity of care.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training modules and certifications prior to starting shifts.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with verification uploaded within the last two weeks.
• Possess BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS certifications with valid expiration dates.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Demonstrate ability to work 12-hour shifts in day/night rotation.
• Maintain current references obtained within the last year.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
