Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess patient needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans based on clinical assessments and best practices.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and document clinical interventions accurately.
• Participate in team conferences, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to unit policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
• Foster a compassionate, patient-centered approach while promoting rehabilitation progress.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Texas state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute hospital settings.
• Possess strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment, and care planning.
• Have proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Meditech.
• Be adaptable to floating to different units as needed.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaborative team skills.
