Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory therapy care to adult and neonatal patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function and comfort. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based interventions and maintain compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient respiratory status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments including CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and ventilator support using Hamilton C1 and other equipment.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Document patient care accurately in the Meditech system.
• Ensure adherence to unit policies, safety protocols, and certifications.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care procedures and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Must have at least 2 years of general respiratory experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with respiratory equipment including Hamilton C1, V60, and MR1.
• Possess or be willing to obtain BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and perform 3-12 hour shifts weekly.
• Strong clinical skills in NICU and adult respiratory care.
