Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide compassionate and skilled nursing assistance to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure residents’ needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and health status.
• Follow care plans and document observations accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to adhere to Infection Control and safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
