Job Summary:
Assist in performing laboratory testing and analysis to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and maintain quality standards while working efficiently within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical, biological, hematological, and immunological tests accurately and timely.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as Sysmex, Siemens, Iris, Vision, Genexpert, Sofia, Abbot, and Werfen analyzers.
• Follow protocols for specimen collection, handling, and processing according to unit guidelines.
• Document test results and update electronic medical records (EMR) with precision.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies, including proper use of PPE and scrub attire.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess ASCP MLT, ASCP MLS, AMT MLT, or AMT MLS certification.
• Have at least 1 year of laboratory technologist experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in routine lab procedures and equipment operation.
• Show adaptability to change and be a team-oriented professional.
• Candidates without Blood Bank history will not be considered.
• Preferred candidates are generalists with a flexible skill set.
