Job Summary:
Submit a candidate with a Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT certification in Computed Tomography, and BLS certification to perform advanced CT imaging procedures in an acute hospital setting. The role requires independent operation of CT units, adherence to radiologist protocols, and experience with various imaging techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex CT scans following radiologist directives.
• Operate Canon/Toshiba CT units and Vitrea workstations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements prior to start date.
• Document procedures accurately within Meditech EMR system.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Perform venipuncture and execute procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and vascular imaging as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license.
• Possess current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography.
• Maintain an active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Have a minimum of two years’ experience in an acute hospital environment.
• Demonstrate ability to perform routine and advanced CT procedures independently.
• Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation preferred.
