Job Summary:
Provide advanced respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring effective treatment and management of respiratory related conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care during dedicated shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and evaluate respiratory therapy treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and treatment protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and hospital policies in all procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active respiratory therapist license and credentials.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent respiratory therapy experience in a hospital environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating complex respiratory equipment.
• Maintain current BLS and RRT certifications.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.
