Job Summary:

Seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care in a children's hospital setting. The role involves working with neonatal and pediatric patients, ensuring airway management, ventilator management, and patient assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies according to physician orders and patient needs.
• Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and hospital policies.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and management plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred.
• Have at least 4 level 4 NICU experience and PICU experience is highly preferred.
• Certified in RRT, BLS, and NRP.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and respiratory management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, pediatric healthcare environment.
