Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in a pediatric hospital setting, ensuring optimal respiratory support and patient safety. Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced respiratory therapies and treatments to neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy plans according to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all respiratory interventions and patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and standard procedures.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RTT) certification and license.
• Minimum of Level 4 NICU experience.
• Cardiac PICU experience preferred.
• Current BLS, NRP, and other required certifications.
• Ability to work nights, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
