Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care within an endoscopy and GI outpatient setting, following established protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate efficient procedures and positive patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Administer airway management and monitor patient vitals throughout procedures.
• Assist physicians during endoscopic and gastrointestinal procedures, ensuring proper equipment setup and patient positioning.
• Document patient information, procedures, and clinical observations in the electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety guidelines, and dress code while maintaining a professional environment.
• Respond promptly to patient needs during post-procedure recovery in the PACU.
• Support team coordination during rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of prior experience in a clinical setting.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS is required.
• Demonstrated competency in airway management and patient monitoring.
• Experience with endoscopy procedures or GI units is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with energetic and adaptable personality traits.
