Job Summary:
Seeking experienced RN to provide exceptional critical care nursing in the ICU. The nurse will deliver patient-centered care while adhering to hospital policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer immediate and ongoing nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient vital signs and condition changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Follow protocols for the use of advanced equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities using Meditech system.
• Comply with hospital policies including floating, dress code, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Texas RN license, with no restrictions.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Be proficient with Meditech documentation system.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight hours.
