Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Assist in implementing treatment plans through various therapeutic interventions, including exercises, massage, and gait training. Document patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes to the supervising therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in executing patient treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic interventions such as exercise, massage, gait, and balance training.
• Monitor and record patient progress accurately.
• Report treatment results and patient responses to the physical therapist.
• Adhere to safety and clinical protocols during patient care.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid occupational therapy license required for the state.
• Have at least 2 years of occupational therapy experience.
• Hold a current TX or compact license.
• Demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills.
• Be able to work effectively under supervision in a clinical setting.
