Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Cath Lab team on a travel basis. This role involves providing specialized cardiac care in a fast-paced environment, supporting various interventional procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-procedure assessments and prepare patients for cardiac interventions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals during procedures such as TAVR, PFO, Atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, and device implantations.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced equipment such as GE Innova, Impella, IABP, and MacLab systems.
• Assist cardiologists with procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards.
• Provide post-procedure care, patient education, and ensure smooth recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in Meditech and MacLab systems.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Epic-related setting.
• Demonstrate proven skills in PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP, and other interventional procedures.
• Possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Comfortable working with advanced technology and managing critical patient situations.
• Flexibility to float within related departments such as EP and Stress Lab as needed.
• Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
