Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical unit at a reputable hospital. The RN will provide compassionate patient care, coordinate treatments, and support patient recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and establish individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses to therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with state-specific requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
• Proficient in using Meditech or similar documentation systems.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
