Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and ongoing assessment to support overall health and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health management.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist with procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
