Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist to perform complex laboratory testing and ensure accurate diagnostic results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in lab procedures and comply with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Document test results accurately and prepare reports for review.
• Adhere to established laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and specimen integrity.
• Work scheduled hours from 9 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting within the specialty.
• Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory testing, instrument operation, and quality control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including major and minor holidays.
• Be able to pass all necessary background checks and immunizations required by the facility.
