Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive nursing care to obstetric and gynecological patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. Oversees nursing staff activities, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and ensures high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and gather relevant clinical data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff and support personnel.
• Educate patients and their families on prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological health topics.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless care transition and patient education.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license in the practicing state.
• Hold at least two years of recent experience in obstetrics or gynecology nursing.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
