Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality emergency care in a busy Level III Trauma Center. The nurse will deliver critical patient assessments and interventions in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to expedite emergency care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as per physician orders and clinical protocols
• Document patient care and clinical information accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards in emergency nursing

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state certification
• Minimum of 3 ED assignments and/or 3 years of recent ED experience
• Proven competency with Epic EMR documentation
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications; TNCC and ENPC preferred
• Ability to work 36-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
