Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive inpatient nursing care to adult patients in the Medical Surgical/Tele specialty during night shifts. Ensure adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and institutional policies to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and safety requirements.
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• Possess a minimum of 12 months of recent, full-time MS/Tele experience.
• Maintain active certifications in BLS and ACLS; NIHHS preferred.
• Provide one recent reference from a supervisor or manager in the specialty within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration.
• Complete background checks and drug screening as per facility policies.
