Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide exemplary care for cardiac patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage ventilated patients and multitask across multiple drips and medications during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive patient care to critically ill cardiac patients, including ventilator management.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, treatments, and interventions.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float within units as required, adapting to various patient needs and unit protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid KS or Compact RN license with a minimum of two years ICU experience preferred.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, in hand at time of submission.
• Be able to manage multiple ventilated patients and complex drips simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Be willing to work every other weekend night shifts.
• Be a first-time traveler accepted, with eligibility for Tier 2 Travel Compliance.
