Job Summary:
The Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all administrative and clinical operations within the IDD program. The role involves supervising staff, managing client services, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and supporting program development to promote client well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff members using a variety of supervisory methodologies.
• Manage crisis situations involving clients and staff, ensuring appropriate resolution.
• Review treatment records and reports, offering guidance to improve documentation and quality of care.
• Oversee staff hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns.
• Monitor adherence to funding and program requirements, including Waivers and other sources.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to ensure seamless program administration and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, with licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC from Michigan.
• Have at least one year of experience in evaluating, treating children and adolescents.
• Demonstrate experience working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and utilizing relevant treatment modalities.
• Prior experience with Waivers and familiarity with electronic medical records is highly preferred.
• Meet the requirements for Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) within 120 days of hire.
