Job Summary:
Assist in providing quality patient care within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support the healthcare team by performing essential clinical and personal care tasks for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate basic care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent falls.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care activities.
• Follow infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and hand hygiene.
• Adhere to all facility policies regarding resident safety, privacy, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification required.
• Must present a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Complete or have completed the COVID-19 vaccination series, or possess a documented exemption.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings is preferred.
