Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal recovery through skilled clinical interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient discharge and follow-up care.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately.

Qualifications:

• Current valid RN license.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a Med Surg setting.
• Ability to work 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
