Job Summary:
Provide advanced respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients in a hospital setting. Ensure optimal patient outcomes by delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services in a critical care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments, including ventilator management and aerosol therapies.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient progress, and interventions.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment, including Ventilators and high-flow oxygen devices.
• Follow hospital policies and safety guidelines to provide a secure environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid North Carolina Respiratory License.
• Possess an active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential.
• Maintain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Have at least 2 years of critical care respiratory therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with advanced ventilator management and neonatal/pediatric respiratory procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
