Job Summary:
Provide advanced nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting, ensuring prompt assessment and treatment of acute health issues. Collaborate with medical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions upon arrival and identify urgent needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and sterile environment adhering to hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
• Be proficient in electronic health record systems and clinical documentation.
