Job Summary:


Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient-focused, and adhere to all safety and compliance standards.



Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  
• Monitor and report patient conditions to nursing staff effectively.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe environment to promote patient well-being.
  
• Follow all infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination and safety requirements.
  
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Valid CNA license or certification required.
  
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
  
• Must bring valid state or federal-issued identification to the facility.
  
• Must have completed required COVID-19 vaccination or hold a valid exemption.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
