Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutritional care in an inpatient setting. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nutrition plans for adult patients, with potential involvement in geriatric and pediatric populations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ nutritional status and develop personalized dietary plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care through nutritional support.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on proper nutrition and dietary management.
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Float to different departments as needed, providing nutritional expertise.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MO Licensed Dietitian (RD/RDN) license; license pending is acceptable with start date alignment.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant inpatient dietitian experience.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Show ability to work independently and adapt to various patient populations.
• Be flexible to work day shifts, with potential holiday coverage.
