Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation through active participation in treatment plans. The PTA will work closely with clinical staff to deliver quality care and contribute to patient recovery efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all necessary equipment is available and maintained.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in compliance with facility standards.
• Follow clinical protocols and safety guidelines throughout patient care activities.
• Support patient mobility and education under the supervision of the licensed therapist.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Demonstrate experience in setting up and utilizing clinical equipment.
• Possess excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Exhibit reliable performance with a strong attention to detail.
• Have a minimum of one year of supervisory or clinical support experience in physical therapy.
• Be able to work day shifts with flexibility for weekly scheduling.
