Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for night shifts in a specialized rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, relevant certifications, and a commitment to patient-centered care to support recovery from significant medical events.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive patient care for individuals recovering from stroke, orthopedic surgeries, and brain injuries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and record clinical observations accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, dignity, and respect for all patients.
• Educate and involve families in the recovery process to support ongoing care and understanding.
• Float to other units such as long-term acute care as needed to manage patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold active licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Possess ACLS, BLS, CPI*, and NIHSS* certifications.
• Have at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in rehab or med-surg settings.
• Demonstrate ability to work night shifts (19:00 – 07:00).
• Exhibit strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
