Job Summary:
The MRI Tech is responsible for performing detailed MRI scans to assist in diagnosing internal body structures. This role requires working independently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE 1.5 Tesla Discovery 450 MRI equipment to produce high-resolution internal images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Follow strict protocols and maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech EMR system.
• Collaborate with radiology staff to deliver efficient and precise imaging services.
• Adhere to dress code policies, including wearing all-black scrubs and appropriate protective gear.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working night shifts, weekends, and providing independent patient care as needed.

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in MRI technology is required.
• Valid BLS certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Ability to work independently with a critical and flexible mindset.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach.
