Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions in a hospital setting. Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols while delivering high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer respiratory treatments and manage ventilator equipment.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and family members on respiratory care techniques.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and clinical observations.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Minimum of one year of clinical respiratory care experience.
• Certification in BLS, NRP, and RRT incumbent certification required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a self-scheduling model.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
