Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ensure the well-being and safety of patients through quality assistance and support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer basic patient care tasks following established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team regarding patient needs.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA license or certification.
• Demonstrate reliable and compassionate patient care skills.
• Ability to work weekends consistently.
• Complete all required immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemptions.
• Bring appropriate identification and wear photo identification badge during shifts.
