Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care within a correctional facility setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and adaptability to unique patient populations in a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with travel experience preferred.
• Valid TN state license or multi-state compact license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications; CPI or MAB accepted in lieu of CPI.
• Comfortable working with a prison population and adhering to security protocols.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00).
• Willingness to participate in holiday rotation and work at least 3 designated holidays.
