Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Emergency Department RN to provide exceptional patient care at multiple locations. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, delivering clinical support in a fast-paced environment. Prior travel experience and active license are required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient information accurately within Meditech or equivalent electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, responding promptly to changes or emergencies.
• Comply with travel requirements, including lab work and documentation within specified timelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active IN or Compact RN license.
• Possess 1+ years of recent experience in Emergency Room or similar setting.
• Demonstrate previous travel experience in healthcare environments.
• Have knowledge of charting systems like Meditech.
• Be able to provide a reference from a direct supervisor within the last 12 months.
• Be flexible to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
