Job Summary:

Seeking an ICU Registered Nurse with clinical expertise and experience, including travel and prison populations. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and clinical status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
• Participate in holiday rotation and shift schedules as required, including working three major holidays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of ICU nursing experience required.
• Travel experience preferred; familiarity with prison populations is necessary.
• Valid TN or multi-state compact nursing license required at submission.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, and CPI certifications required; MAB accepted in lieu of CPI.
• Ability to pass HealthStream exams within 48 hours of contract signing and meet all compliance deadlines.
• Must have current Nursys report with an active license; no pending licenses accepted.
