Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide skilled patient care during a temporary strike assignment. The candidate must be proficient with Epic and ready to work on strike dates with minimal onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced patient care within the Intensive Care Unit following clinical protocols.
• Utilize Epic electronic medical records system for documentation and patient management.
• Adhere to all compliance requirements, including licensing and certifications.
• Attend mandatory orientation prior to strike to ensure eligibility to work.
• Complete and submit manual timesheets for shifts not recorded in the VMS system, ensuring documentation is signed by the department director.
• Maintain readiness to work strike dates and follow all facility policies related to strike assignments.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active nursing license and valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Demonstrate prior experience working in ICU settings.
• Possess current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
• Show proficiency with Epic electronic health records.
• Be available to work strike dates, including working during orientation, with understanding of the strike rates and postop payments.
