Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and ready to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and perform clinical procedures as needed.
• Float to the Psych Hold area when required, ensuring appropriate care and safety.
• Participate in call rotations and holiday coverage to ensure continuous patient care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of prior travel experience in emergency nursing.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with every other weekend schedule.
• Willingness to work holidays and participate in overtime as needed.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
